Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery. Please look for a confirmation email with the invoice for your order with the correct shipping rate, since sometimes rates may vary based on the weight and shipping preference.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock (fish and aquatic plants), provided the following conditions are met:
- Someone must be present to receive and open the package immediately upon delivery.
- Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the packaging and the DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but left unattended are not covered.
If the above conditions are met, we will offer store credit or replacement (when available), not including shipping costs.

Returns & Cancellations
- Live Fish & Plants: Due to the nature of shipping live animals, we do not accept returns on live fish or aquatic plants.
- Dry Goods: Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
