Shipping Overview
We take great care to ensure the health and safety of our live fish and aquatic plants during transit. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our facility in Mountain View, Hawaii. We currently ship fish and plants to all Hawaiian Islands and the west coast of the mainland USA.

Shipping Days & Carriers
- Shipping Days: Monday–Wednesday (to avoid weekend delays)
- Carriers: USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight/2-Day
- Origin: Mountain View, Hawaii (96771)
- Processing Time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Time: 2–3 business days via priority shipping
- Packaging Fee: $10–15 per shipment (based on order size)
- Note: Shipments are coordinated to avoid weekend delays to ensure safe arrival of live animals.
Shipping Rates
We select the shipping method based on your location and the species being shipped, always prioritizing the fastest and safest route possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery. Please look for a confirmation email with the invoice for your order with the correct shipping rate, since sometimes rates may vary based on the weight and shipping preference.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock (fish and aquatic plants), provided the following conditions are met:
- Someone must be present to receive and open the package immediately upon delivery.
- Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the packaging and the DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but left unattended are not covered.
If the above conditions are met, we will offer store credit or replacement (when available), not including shipping costs.

Printful (Apparel, Accessories, etc.):
- Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Flat Rate Standard: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
- International Shipping:
- Flat Rate Standard: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
- Standard DDP (Canada only): 3–5 business days after fulfillment (up to 12 business days for Atlantic regions)
Modalyst, DSers, AliExpress, Alibaba (Accessories, Equipment, etc.):
- Processing Time: 5–7 business days
- Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 30 days (varies by supplier and location)
Returns & Cancellations
- Live Fish & Plants: Due to the nature of shipping live animals, we do not accept returns on live fish or aquatic plants.
- Dry Goods: Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- Eligible for return only if defective or not as described.
