We take great care to ensure the health and safety of our live fish and aquatic plants during transit. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our facility in Mountain View, Hawaii. We currently ship to all Hawaiian Islands and most locations on the mainland USA.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock (fish and aquatic plants), provided the following conditions are met:

Someone must be present to receive and open the package immediately upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the packaging and the DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but left unattended are not covered.
If the above conditions are met, we will offer a store credit or replacement (when available), not including shipping costs.
Returns & Cancellations

Live Fish & Plants: Due to the nature of shipping live animals, we do not accept returns on live fish or aquatic plants.

Dry Goods: Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Weather & Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to severe weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We will notify you of any delays and reschedule your shipment for the next suitable window.
